Yeast extract

Yeast Extract is food raw material excipients ( different from food additives ) , using baker` yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae as strain and fermented by glucose which is processed by corn. The main function is to improve the fresh of the deep substrate of Soy Sauce, Chicken Essence, Compound Condiment and other products, at the same time , Yeast Extract can remove abnormal odor orthodontic taste, salt reduction and freshening and other effects.

Total N (Desalt dry basis) :≥10%
Amino Acid N(Desalt dry basis) :≥4%
Sodium Chloride :≤3%
