Product Introduction:Corn fermented sauce powder is a natural flavoring agent rich in glutamic acid, peptides and other freshening ingredients, which is made from edible corn and edible salt, fermented by microorganisms (Corynebacterium glutamicum ), inactivated, filtered, separated, concentrated, dried and other processes.
The unique composition of corn fermented sauce can give the product a softer, fuller and balanced flavor, and can replace the monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, 1+G and other flavoring agents. It is an idea raw material for developing clean labels and zero added condiments.
